The SP2000 pneumatic bead breaker is particularly suitable for working with low profile tyres and light alloy sports wheels. |

The bead is broken by a progressive pressure of the disk on the bead of the rotating tyre without any contact between the disk and the rim itself. |

The SP2000 is also of great use in other procedures, such as mounting the upper tyre bead or when demounting the lower bead. |
|
Higher throughput, maximum rim protection and less operator fatigue: these are the features of the only rotary pneumatic bead breaker on the market. |

To increase performance, the unit can be combined with a number of accessories for specific applications, such as the SX1000 bead lifter or the KDP kit for PAX wheels. |

The INFLATRON inflator is a high precision electronic device for automatic tyre inflation to any pressure up to 3.9 bar. |

The advantages of this system are: higher precision inflation thanks to electronic pressure control, and built-in safety due to the tool’s high accuracy. |

If the delivered pressure is insufficient to seat the bead of the tubeless tyre, it can be increased until the tyre seats by means of the manual control. |

The PU1500 is a pneumatic power unit which mounts to the left side of the tyre changer to enable the operator, with the use of three accessories, to solve the problems of working with difficult tyres (e.g. low profile, run flat, etc.). |

The PU1500 can also be installed to both swinging arm and tilting column tyre changers even if they are already equipped with the SP2000. |
|
The accessories, which are independent of each other and complete the outfit, are the bead presser kit, bead lifter kit and PAX SYSTEM kit. |

The hydraulic turntable rotation is driven by a hydraulic motor capable of developing high linear torque, constant even at variable working speeds thanks to the speed regulator which allows variation from 0 - 8 rpm. This enables the operator to choose the most suitable speed for the application, including extremely slow rotation, adjustable with the micrometer regulator, required for regrooving. |

The tool arm is completely automatic and has synchronised, opposed motion relative to that of the spindle carriage for higher working speed. |

The tool mount, in nodular cast iron, is equipped with an overhanging bead breaker disk on tapered roller bearings for long life and smooth running. The special disk shape has been designed for optimal penetration between the edge of the rim and the bead; the outer hemispherical profile is designed to avoid damaging the tyre. The tool used is fully tested and has an effective protective coating. Tool rotation is automatically controlled. |
